Does not operate on any of buttons and indicator light on fob does not light up
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two garage door controllers arrived safely and both were confirmed to be dead.
Both had the same problem whereby the battery housing had come away from the pcb on one solder point. These were soldered back into position which restored functionality. One of the controls also had contamination over the PCB, this was cleaned up to prevent future issues.
