Customers Fault Description : Remote not working, please help!
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This boiler controller arrived safely and on testing was found to power up but the battery terminals were loose making an poor connection. This meant that the control would die when moved sharply.
The terminals were resoldered and reinforced. Please note the batteries are now a tight fit meaning they will pop out when the battery cover is removed, solid continuity of power is now available.
A set of batteries has also been supplied.
