Customer's Fault Description
The third button down does not work so the door will not close. All other buttons are fine and the door will open and stop opening (the top and second buttons).
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This rollertec remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty button (3rd one down).  This was due to a corrosion break in the print.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
