Customers Fault Description : The fire will not urn on with the control. It has been working. I bought a new battery wondering if this was the problem but it's still not working.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. This item has been classed as no fault found and it is deduced that the issue is more likely to be with the receiver.
