Customers Fault Description : New battery inserted and showed 2 bars on Saturday, last night (Thursday) this had dropped to 1 bar and the fire would not light. Tried changing the battery and the same thin happened.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed to have a erroneous battery indicator.
This was due to the 7133 regulator, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
