Customers Fault Description : To move caravan backwards, press but, right hand side motor looking from front of caravan will not turn.both motors work when all other buttons used.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on inspection the button array had contamination caused from waster contamination. A replacement facia was fitted.
