Customers Fault Description : i think its possibly a connection problem with the battery terminals,
If i fiddle and move the batteries and hold them in place the remote works, when it was working all buttons were working as they should.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to power up unless the PCB was flexed.
This was due to a break in the print near the battery block, this was reworked which restored full functionality.
