Date and time stopped working, then defaulted back to 2009 after reseting, then screen lights up but no detail. New batteries
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Climapro remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a blank screen.  On opening the ribbon cable was found to be partly detached from the PCB from the screen, this was refitted which restored the screen

It was then noticed that the time was indeed no advancing.  A replacement oscillator was fitted and the control then tested over 24 hours which showed that the time was advancing without any loss.

On adding batteries on return the customer will need to reset the time and date.
