Customers Fault Description : Volume only works when you bend the remote, numbers don't work at all. You also have to bend it slightly to use the cancel button that moves it on to the next track.

This Jukebox remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have erratic response from its button presses

When opened the issue was found to be due to bad cracked solder joints on the IR LEDS.  The solder was reworked which restored stable functionality.
