Customer's Fault Description
‘Fire on’ button working. Others are Rarely or not at all. Once on won’t switch off and fan heater stopped operating. When buttons pressed can sometimes hear a clicking sound on fire but no response.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Tulp control arrived safely from Northern Ireland and on testing was found to be responding on each button press.

There was some electronic resistance found on a couple of the buttons.  After talking with the customer it was concluded to replace all buttons in case the resistance was the issue.  This was done and also the internal mode switch was cleaned.
