Customers Fault Description : The remote control has 4 functions, one of which has a circuit contact default. Third button from top which closes the shutter will not make a contact.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This garage door remote arrived safely and was confirmed to have a dysfunctional button. This was due to a tiny break in the print. This was reworked which restored full functionality.
