Customers Fault Description : Screen showing low battery and flashing. It did light the fire but would not turn it up , down or off. New battery made no difference !
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator, this was found to be due to a faulty 7133 Regulator.
This was replaced which restored normal functionality.
