Customers Fault Description : Remote does not work to switch on fire, has to be operated manually
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Valor remote control arrived safely and on testing inspection the battery terminals were not seated correctly (see images). This was rectified but the button response was poor.
On closer inspection the button array was contaminated with a liquid. This was cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
