Powakaddy Robokaddy Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Connect battery and LED flashes for 10 seconds then goes off but no response from any buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This golf trolley control was dropped off by the customer and on testing was found to be dead.
The internal battery was dead. A replacement was fitted but no response was found from any button press.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a clear break on all tracks on the ribbon cable to the button array (see image). This was reworked using conductive paint, this restored full functionality
