Dometic KT1335.4 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : 1 x with black mark on top top two buttons do not work.
1 x with black mark top right button does not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two Dometic remotes arrived safely and on testing various buttons were needed to be hard pressed or were non responsive.
This is a common issue whereby the shaft spaced wear down meaning the button caps become too distant from the switches.
All button caps were fitted with new spacer caps. Now a light touch is all that is needed to activate all buttons.
