Customers Fault Description : Volume up button not working

This Bathroom TV controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non responsive volume up button. This was found to be due to water corrosion that had eaten through parts of the print. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Please note that this item is not waterproof even though it states that it is, great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
