Customer's Fault Description
The remote has not been used for approximately 12 years. I replaced the battery but nothing happened. Not even the LED light came on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Concern for Comfort controller arrived safely and on testing the button on the right hand side of the array were non responsive.

This was due to worn button contacts.  Replacement button contacts were glued onto the effected buttons which restored full functionality.

Please note that the visible red LED will only illuminate when the battery is low on power as this is actually a low battery indicator.
