Starsinger 2000 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Dropped the remote on a hard surface and the batteries fell out, think I damaged the battery housing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Karaoke remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead. On opening the print around one of the battery terminals was cracked making an open circuit.
The print was reworked and then the terminal soldered firmly into place which restored full functionality.
