Customer's Fault Description
To activate fire I Have to press the two left hand side buttons, this procedure will not now ignite the gas fire, even though I replaced the batteries in the power pack and the remote control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive buttons.  All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
