Hofmann Brekon 131 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote not operating brake tester gradually became worse until no operation at all. Have replaced remote battery but made no difference
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This brake tester controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittently transmitting a signal.
On opening this was found to be due to a broken leg on the oscillator, this was re-soldered firmly into place which restored full functionality. The visible LED was also replaced.
