Bose RC-9 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : When you press the buttons on the remote it no longer operates many of the functions, or in some instances it will do, but only buttons are pressed several times. All these functions still work if you change them on the system itself.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Bose controller arrived safely and on testing some buttons were found to be sluggish / non responsive.
Replacement conductive button caps were fitted on the problematic buttons which restored full functionality.
