Truma Mover se Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : controller works fine but has to be tapped to get the unit to switch on. Either dodgy on - off switch or loose circuit board as you have suggested on telephone call. Controller has been dropped on at least one occasion.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Truma remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to actuate its power switch every time.  There were signs of a possible opening attempt. 

This was due to the usual issue whereby the mounting pin for the PCB breaks off and lets the PCB move freely inside the control.
