Customer's Fault Description
Remote will the turn the fire ON/UP but will NOT turn the fire DOWN/OFF.<br /> UP and DOWN buttons operates the remote light. BUT only the UP button on the remote causes the light on the receiver to operate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the receiver was found not to be responding from the remote signal on one channel.

This was due to faulty crystals in the receiver, these were replaced which restored full functionality.  No issue (except for a missing screw which was replaced) was found with the remote itself.
