Customers Fault Description : New battery fitted nothing is working

This Penine Trailor Tent mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be non responsive from its twin power button press.
This was found to be due to the usual issue whereby the conductive pads become worn on the buttons. Replacement button caps were fitted which restored full functionality.
