As disscussed on messenger remote not always working even with cable attached. (Power buttons non responsive)
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish non responsive buttons.

This was due to worn conductive pads, replacement pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
