Customer's Fault Description
The motor mover remote and transmits to the mover but only works forwards & backwards. The diagonal buttons don't work properly. We have had the right diagonal working but not consistently.<br />
Battery holder cover is broken too.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was held on with tape.
On testing the remote struggled to even turn on, when it eventually was turned on some other buttons were found to be non responsive.
A replacement button array was fitted which restored full functionality (see testing video, you will hear the signal change on each button press confirming a response)
The battery cable was replaced as well as the battery cover.
