Customer's Fault Description
There are two power buttons that you have to press together to turn on the remote. This works very intermittently, sometimes straight away, sometimes it can take 10 minutes of trial and error. All other buttons seem okay.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond or have poor response from its twin power button press.

This was remedied by installing replacement conductive button caps on the power buttons.
