Customer's Fault Description
There are 2 lights / Bulbs at the end of the remote that communicate with the Juke box. IF I push the extreme right one in with my finger the remote works, If I do not push that light in, the remote does not work. I found that out by just playing with it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Wurlitzer remote arrived safely from the United States and on inspection the IR led was confirmed to be loose, causing an intermittent signal.

The remote was opened and all poor solder joints reworked which restored full functionality.

The customer requested a clone as a backup which was done, see image below of the clone.
