Customer's Fault Description
Despite have brand new battery fitted the unit did not respond at all, tried different battery (same type obviously) still nothing.
My brother (ex army vehicle electrician) checked for signs of life, the power was going into the unit but seemingly not then getting through to power on button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was powering on when its power button was double pressed but the RED led indicator was not illuminating.
This was found to be due to a cracked LED, a replacement (green led) was fitted which restored full functionality (see testing video).
