Customer's Fault Description
When the batterys are put into the remote the power light flashes but when the power button is double pressed (as described in the manufacturer's instructions) to turn on the remote nothing happens.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its power button presses.
This was due to a corrosion from contamination in the print. The print was cleaned up and reworked which restored full functionality.
