Top right both red head buttons up and down not working. Other buttons working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This bed controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have some sluggish / dead buttons.

This was due to worn conductive contacts on the effected buttons.  Replacement conductive pads were glued into position which restored full functionality.
