Customer's Fault Description
Leaky batteries have corroded inside the remote causing metal parts to disintegrate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection the remote had signs of an attempted opening around the sides of the control, the battery cover was missing and the battery terminals were badly damaged / missing.
The missing terminals were replaced and the others re-coated with conductive paint to prevent further corrosion. This restored full functionality.
A battery cover was fitted also.
