Customers Fault Description : The bottom left button sticks and only works intermittently when pressed very hard

This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the button contacts were worn, replacement button caps were fitted. The cable was also cut back by a couple of inches to bypass any possible break. The customer is to test the item fully on return.
