Linn Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : some buttons not working (volume up/down, tone controls and many others) - power on and standby functions are working OK
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Linn remote arrived safely from the United States and on testing was found to be non functioning on all buttons (this differes from the customers fault description)
The dead issue was found to be due to a rusted battery terminal, this was replaced which restored full functionality. Some poor solder joints were found in the control, these were reworked.
