Customers Fault Description : Lights up, but cannot access menu's. Was subjected to water ingress.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Glowworm remote arrived safely and on testing the screen would illuminate but no characters were present.
On opening there was indeed signs of some contamination inside near the screen ribbon connector. The PCB was cleaned of all contaminants and the ribbon cable cleaned and reseated firmly. This restored full functionality.
