Inoperative - Tried replacing battery and found no change.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing the bottom two buttons would not respond to being pressed.

This was found to be due to heavily corroded / contaminated button contacts (see image).  The contacts were cleaned up and reconductivised.  This restored full functionality.

A set of duracel batteries has also been supplied.
