Customers Fault Description : The down bottom on the remote control does not work. Please can you change all the buttons in the remote since it is quite old and they might be a chance the other may also stop working. Thanking you in advance.

This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a collapsed button.
All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
