Customers Fault Description : Receiver does not respond to Remote control. It turns the main Burner to Maximum Flame.Cannot then shut fire down
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to be responding as per normal operation. The output voltage does switch between +6v and -6v.
The items were opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
