Customer's Fault Description
Remote has stopped working after being dropped. Light still comes on but will not connect to receiver in fire. Replaced all batteries in remote and receiver with no effect.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be sending a signal.

This was due to a faulty US transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
