Customer's Fault Description
Only 3 buttons working, on/off, mode change and temp up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This air-con controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have some non functioning buttons.
This was found to be corroded solder joints around the IC, the print was reworked and resoldered which restored functionality to all buttons as per normal operation.
The battery terminals were also painted with conductive paint as they had some slight signs of corrosion.
