Customers Fault Description : The button to lower the fire temperature is not working

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have a non responsive button. On opening there was a mass of contamination (see image), this had eaten through part of the print. The print was reworked and all four buttons replaced which restored full functionality.
