Customers Fault Description : Remote is working intermittently, and I have managed to get it going again but now the battery cover cannot be replaced, as if it is, then the remote stops working again.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Vibradorm remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a broken battery terminal.

The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
