Customers Fault Description : the remote has "melted", when using the camera on a mobile, the light flickers but it does not start the fire, fire can be started manually, but not with the remote.
If it cannot be repaired please provide a replacement remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a melted case. A replacement case was fitted from a similar remote. A new battery was fitted and full functionality was found.
