Customers Fault Description : BLACK WIRE TO THE BATTERY HAS COME AWAY ALSO THE BACK OF THE REMOTE IS BROKEN

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was found to be damaged, a replacement cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
The battery cover was also found to be missing its clip, sadly these are not available as spares and cannot be replaced.
