Customers Fault Description : Control is dead, have not used for sometime. Tried new battery no good.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace control and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to be dead.
This was due to a faulty battery cable, this was replaced which restored full functionality, no issue was found with the receiver.
