Customer's Fault Description
The red LED light on the RC handset remains 'on' after use (draining the battery) and occasionally difficult to operate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have teeth marks over the casing.
On adding a power source the control was confirmed to be transmitting without a button being pressed. This was due to a collapsed down button, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
