Customers Fault Description : No buttons working. No immitting signal detected via Phone camera. During normal use AV receiver would randomly power off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Yamaha remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be erratic in functionality.
This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator. This was replaced which restored full functionality.
