Customers Fault Description : One row of buttons not working. The row vertically that contains the numbers 2 5 8 0 volume increase buttons & mute button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Jukebox controller arrived safely and on inspection the control was partly opened.
On testing the middle column of buttons were non responsive, then opened the print was found ot have suffered corrosion from contamination. The print was reworked which restored functionality to all buttons.
