Customers Fault Description : Hi this is a basic model with not all buttons active. Only the on/off and directional buttons are enabled. When it switches on, everything works OK. The problem is that it doesn't switch on all the time. But will do every now and again by pressing both on/off buttons together. This is the correct way according to the instructions.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
THis motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to power on.
This was due to the usual issue whereby the power button contact wear down. Replacement conducive caps were fitted which restored full functionality.
