Customers Fault Description : For a while would only work up close, now has stopped working all together. Tried new batteries - no luck.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a break in the print near the IR led, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
